Oblivion

"Oblivion" is the prequel to "Awaken", the piece embodies the feeling of deep disconnection and internal struggle. Inspired by a time in my life when the weight of self-doubt and isolation overshadowed all else, this painting captures the experience of being trapped within one's own mind, unable to fully connect with the world around. Yet, "Oblivion" holds the seed of transformation. The isolation in my journey was the beginning of awakening. The painting invites viewers to reflect on their own moments of darkness or disconnection, offering a reminder that even in the deepest of personal struggles, there is always the potential for growth, self-discovery, and ultimately, a return to connection.
